Tsui Wah has keenly supported community affairs and activities. We encourage staff members and their families to participant in various charity events, thereby giving back to the community.

2014
  • Tsui Wah Group sponsored and participated in the walkathon 2014 held by the Association for the Right of Industrial Accident Victims for fundraising, to show support for anyone in need, plus raising the consciousness of occupational safety
  • Tsui Wah Restaurant sponsored “Charity Walkathon 2014”, aimed at fundraising for Community CareAge Foundation on building community health clinics, to benefit the elderly
  • The Group donated moon cake to four charitable organizations: Christian Family Service Centre Tsui Lam Sheltered Workshop, Yang Memorial Methodist Social Service Oi Man Neighbourhood Elderly Centre, Hong Kong Old Age Nursing Association Fu Tai Nursing Home and TWGHs Wong Cho Tong Integrated Vocational Rehabilitation Centre cum Hostel. Over 700 persons received our good wishes to them. As a caring organization, our corporate volunteers visited the first two organizations, celebrating the festive season with elderly and rehabilitated people
  • Tsui Wah Restaurant supported “No Leftover” campaign organized by the Environmental Protection Department & Greeners Action and placed posters in outlets to promote reducing food wastage
  • Tsui Wah Efford Management Limited joined “School- Company- Parent Program 2013-2014” organized by the Young Entrepreneurs Development Council, helping teenage students know more about commercial organizations and assist them in planning their academic or career path
  • Tsui Wah Restaurant and Tsui Wah CONCEPT joined “Food Safety Charter” organized by Centre for Food Safety to support and promote food safety
  • Tsui Wah Restaurant sponsored and participated in the Aberdeen Dragon Boat Race. Money raised was used to buy fresh fish for elderly and lower income families
  • Tsui Wah Group donated and took part in Run for Vision 2014 co-organized by Hong Kong Blind Union and Running To Your Home
  • Joined “Food Wise Hong Kong” held by Environment Bureau,aiming to reduce food waste and promoting the concept “Think before you order”
  • Sponsored Tsui Wah cookies for elderly participants of carnival organized by the Community CareAge Foundation
  • Participated in Hong Kong and Kowloon Walk for Millions and raised funds for the “Family and Child Welfare Services” supported by the Community Chest
2013
  • Tsui Wah Restaurant sponsored and participated in the Aberdeen Dragon Boat Race. Proceeds from the race were used to purchase fresh fish for the people in need
  • Donated cookies to support OXFAM Hong Kong charity sale to help alleviate poverty
  • Tsui Wah Restaurant supported Green Monday to promote meat-free green diet

  • Donated Cookies to support “International Arthritis Day Carnival” charity sales organized by Hong Kong Arthritis & Rheumatism Foundation to increase public awareness of rheumatism & arthralgia
  • Sponsored charity walk organized by Association for the Rights of Industrial Accident Victims
  • Supported the “Pink Walk for Breast Health 2012” of Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation to promote breast health check
  • Participated in “Save Food Day” organised by Greeners Action, by promoting “smaller portions” to reduce food wastage
  • Sponsored and participated in the Aberdeen Dragon Boat Race. Proceeds from the race were used to purchase fresh fish for elderly and lower income families
  • Sponsored catering for Summer Course Closing Ceremony of Community CareAge Foundation
  • Donated mooncakes to charity organisations including Baptist Oi Kwan Social Services, St. James Settlement, Hong Kong Caritas and Pok Leung Kuk. Beneficiaries included lower income families and the physically disabled
